Solution focused hypnotherapy

What is it?

Whether you have experienced hypnotherapy before, have seen it on TV, or are completely new to hypnotherapy, you may have pre-conceived ideas of what is involved.  


To bust some of those myths, during Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, you will remain conscious and in control, you will not do anything you do not want to do, and there will be no regression to painful or traumatic memories. 


You will not be analysed or judged – but will be listened to and supported.  Solution Focused Hypnotherapy sessions focus on getting you out of the primitive ‘coping or survival’ mode of the brain, where we rely on learnt behaviours and habits no matter how destructive, and into the Intellectual Brain, the conscious part of the brain where you can come up with new ways of thinking and behaving and discover the solutions to your ‘problems’. 


There are no tricks or mysticism, this is a simple yet highly effective therapy that empowers the client to make positive changes for themselves, and can provide tools for life long after the sessions have been completed.
